This business makes a habit of unethical business practice. We are currently having to resort to legal action because of gross breech of contract and negligence. Please save yourself the stress and choose a different rental or property management agency.

I see why HD ditched them....they are no longer a registered HD dealer. After purchasing my bike three years ago, it was in their shop more than half that time. The problems started immediately. Of course their "warranty" doesn't cover anything, they don't offer a replacement bike (I know Rockys in London, ont does) especially when they keep my bike for a month or two!! They could ne....

Of course their "warranty" doesn't cover anything, they don't offer a replacement bike (I know Rockys in London, ont does) especially when they keep my bike for a month or two!! They could never find the issue, I would drive almost two hours there and two hours home to drop my bike off because their warranty states all work, etc to be done by them. The bills certainly added up fast! I would not recommend ....sold my bike and bought a brand new one from a reputable HD Registered Dealer...... Robinsons lost another sale....I dont like the fact they buy used bikes from the states....(mine was) and who knows where it came from and what it went through before I bought it! Lesson learned!
